Satellite Promotional Offers from AllSat
New Promotional Offers - Effective February 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006
- $100 Back – This is an exceptional offer where new eligible customers can subscribe to AT120 or higher, get all the great channels the entertainment package provides, and receive $100 in savings. This is how it works:
- Customers must subscribe to a minimum of AT120, DISH Latino Max or higher at the time of activation to qualify.
- New subscribers must correctly complete and submit a redemption form. Redemption forms will be available on the Retailer Care Site to allow retailers to provide them at the time of installation. In addition, a message on the customers’ billing statement will direct customers where to obtain the redemption forms.
- The $100 will be provided to eligible customers after the redemption form is received in $10/mo. credits for 10 consecutive months. It will not apply to the customer’s first bill.
- Downgrade rules: If customers downgrade to a lower entertainment package than AT120 or DISH Latino Max before the completion of 10 consecutive months of the required minimum programming under this offer, no further credits would be provided to the bill, and they would not receive the total $100 credit.
- Should customers implement DISH Pause before the completion of 10 consecutive months of the required minimum programming under this offer, no further credits would be provided to the bill, and they would not receive the total $100 credit.
- Upgrade rules: If customers did not initially activate with at least AT120 or higher during the promotional offer time period, and they later upgrade to at least AT120 or greater, even if they send in the completed redemption form, they will not be eligible to participate in this offer. To qualify for the $100 Back offer, customers must initially activate with at least AT120 or higher.
- Customers who disconnect (voluntary or for non-payment) will forfeit any remaining credits.
- Starz Free for 3 Months – New eligible customers can receive Starz Movie package free for three months! This is how it works:
- This promotional offer does not occur automatically. The customer needs to agree to receive it at or around the time of their account set-up (within 30 days of activation).
- The customer must have at least the minimum qualified programming to participate in this offer (AT60, Great Wall TV Package, DISH Latino, or higher). You can use this offer in conjunction with the $100 Back promotional offer should the customer initially activate with at least AT120 or higher!
- After the 3 free months are over, customers will continue to receive Starz service and will begin to be charged for it in their billing statements unless they call DISH Network to communicate that they no longer wish to receive it.
